CuteJan 02, 2009 This is a cute and simple puzzle. My two year old can easily put it together. Nice way to practice words of insects with him.
Cute chunky puzzleDec 20, 2008 I love melissa and doug products. This product, like all of them is bright, durable, cute and educational. My two year old can't get enough!
Good for 14 mos +Sep 30, 2008 My daugher really started to show interest in this toy around 13 months, but had trouble grasping the shapes. The bug shapes are thick wooden pieces that fit into a duplicate painted image. They don't sit deep into the board making it a little more challenging - good for the 14-18 month group. Beautiful vibrant colors.
I love these puzzlesSep 10, 2008 These wood puzzles from Melissa & Doug are great. They are durable and fun. And it's a great tool for teaching your kid the difference between a moth and a butterfly, a fly and a bee.

cute pictures, paint chipsJul 12, 2008 My son really likes to play with the big chunky pieces in this puzzle. However, it has already started to chip paint, exposing the unfinished wood below. I feel like it should be more durable.
