Country Lane has been in business since 1985. We have had an internet presence since the early days of internet shopping when we designed our first web site in 1995. 

Our current web site and shopping destination is built and hosted using the Amazon.com shopping platform.

How does it work? Simply, use your existing Amazon account during checkout to order products from our site. If you don't have an Amazon account, it's easy to set up. About Our Products

Is it New Or Used?

Country Lane sells both new and used items.  We are a manufacturer approved, authorized retailer for the new products that are shipped from our warehouse. Additionally, we have partnered with other retailers to offer new products that compliment the items that we stock and ship. Again all partner products are new and factory fresh.

We also actively search for high quality, high grade, previously owned items that fit within the product themes that are offered on our web site.  These items are fully licensed products that were previously manufactured by the then current licensed manufacturer and are now discontinued or retired. For example, Gund is the current license holder for Peter Rabbit plush, stuffed animal toys for sale in the United States. Previously, Eden Toys held this license. We search for Eden items in the used and collector markets. You would find Eden items with a "Used" or "Collectible" condition statement added to the item.  We do not sell knockoffs or reproductions. 

How Can I Tell If It's New or Used?

 All previously owned items will have a condition statement indicating "Collectible Very Good", "Used Like New" etc, followed by a descriptive line of text detailing any defects and summarizing why we have graded the item as "Like-New" or "Very Good".  New, factory fresh, unused items will not have this extra level of information displayed.  Also, be assured that we give close scrutiny to all used items. We do not sell badly damaged, well worn, or otherwise low grade items. If it does not meet our high standards for a collectible item we do not put it on our web site.
